As a certified life coach, I have completed extensive training in areas such as psychology, addiction recovery and veteran services. I am a certified nutritionist, strength and conditioning coach. I have over 10 years in recovery and have completed classes in suicide prevention and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked with active and inactive military personnel over the past 8 years.
